Draycot Park Farm
Draycot Park Farm was developed in the late 1800s; according to the Victoria County History, a farmstead was built between 1885 and 1899.
Draycot Farm, or Home Farm, used to be based around a quadrangle of buildings to the north west of Draycot House. These buildings were redeveloped to become new stables, groom's accommodation, etc, as shown in the extract from the 1920 Auction Catalogue.
New farm buildings for Home Farm / Draycot Park Farm were built between Plains Lodge and Slates Lodge. These buildings became known as 'The Stables (The Old Dairy)'. To add to the confusion, the 'old farm' buildings were listed in the Catalogue as 'The Excellently-designed Stables'.
