Follow the well-marked path through the Christian Malford meadows to the church, which you will see above the trees and houses ahead of you.
The sign in front of the tree explains that this was the 'Jubilee Oak' planted in 2012 to mark the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II.
All Saints’ Church in Christian Malford is, like the Church of St James in Sutton Benger, one of five churches in the Benefice of Draycot. The church is the only grade I listed building in the parish of Christian Malford and has 12th century origins; the construction of the current building dates from around 1300, with further additions in the 1400s and 1700s.
Enter the churchyard and follow the path to the left of the church. Leave the churchyard through the small gate and follow the well-marked path through the meadows to the north of the village.
With thanks to the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre for the photographs of the church.
