This is an easy walk with hardly any climbs or descents; it is on footpaths alongside the main road, until you reach the lane to Draycot Cerne, and is suitable for bicycles.

However, the footpath alongside the main road from Sutton Benger to Draycot Cerne is very narrow. It is not very suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.

Also, the route does involve crossing the High Street / main road several times.
